Cake Strip Rectangular Frame with Base for baking and molding of cakes.

Bakery quality to produce cakes strips of even uniform height and dimension. Once you produce the long rectangular strip it can sliced into individual portion sizes.

Frame provides straight-sides with 90° degree corners.

Use for molded mousse cakes and frozen desserts to achieve uniform layers of cake and fillings.

The Base/Tray can also be used for display of the finished cake in your bakery showcase.
