A Double Guitar is setup with two cutting frames, allowing candies to be cut in both directions for a more efficient and accurate production.

• 3 “Removable-Side” stainless steel Cutting Frames and 1 “Fixed-Side” cutting frame with stainless steel wires:
• Removable Cutting Frames:  22.5mm, 30mm and 45mm.
• Non-removable “Fixed-Side” Cutting Frame:  30mm
• Heavy duty plastic platform with a working surface of – L:15″, W:16 1/2″, H:6″.
• Easy to clean, extremely hygienic.

Includes:
• One square 16 3/4″ stainless steel tray for flipping and removing product from guitar.
• One 20″ plastic ruler.
• 3 spare stainless steel cutting wires.
• 2 keys for changing wires.
