Kwik Max Confectionery Funnel, is a large capacity funnel, perfect for depositing mousses, thick sauces, caramel, jelly, fruit coulis, etc.
The deep cone shape enables mixtures to flow smoothly through the funnel without needed pressure on the mixture. This preserves air volume of the preparation being deposited.
